Licensed Agent/Transaction Coordinator
Katie Polykoff is our team's Transaction Coordinator/Active Agent. Through all her roles, what is most important to Katie are the collective efforts and relationships of her teams: “We rise by lifting others”. Before her life as a transaction coordinator, Katie was a Dental Hygienist and Executive Coach. The daily task lists look different, but the #1 important, consistent feature is being a team player toward a collective mission. After seeking out an intentional career shift into real estate, Katie thrives as our team’s glue!
Her efforts allow our agents to be more efficient, transactions to be more seamless, and clients to be more satisfied. Real Estate has been a lot of fun for her, and all the tasks involved are in perfect alignment with her skills. Each transaction looks a little different, but what is always the same is the client experience being the highest level of importance. “I have always loved being a part of a team, supporting goals and accomplishments, and celebrating with others once achieved. When Katie is not on her laptop facilitating all the nuances of each specific deal, she is soaking up the earlier years of motherhood, with Luca (6), Vinny (4), alongside her husband Jason. Playdates, birthday parties, community support at Friends’ Central School, takes up much of her free time these days. Although, lately she is proud to admit she’s been sneaking out a lot more to enjoy everything Philly and the burbs has to offer!
