Post-graduation from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Lanie worked and lived in Center City to understand the real estate market there from within. While she is an expert at neighborhood dynamics and lifestyle, Lanie also understands the intricacies of negotiation and documentation for both Buyers and Sellers. Lanie particularly specializes in Rittenhouse Square, Washington Square, Society Hill, and Graduate Hospital neighborhoods.
