As a Realtor with Compass in Philadelphia, Pilar brings a rare combination of global executive leadership, creative production experience, and deep local knowledge. She spent more than two decades at Reuters, where she rose to Global Head of Revenue Operations. In this role, Pilar led international teams across 17 regions and 9 languages. Her work focused on navigating complexity, driving performance, and building systems that connect people, data, and business outcomes at a global level.
In addition to her corporate leadership background, she has worked as an Executive Producer in high end creative production, partnering with world class brands including Walmart, Lego, Barbie, and Burger King. She specializes in translating client vision into actionable strategy, leading end to end production, and delivering a high touch client experience that builds trust and long term relationships.
Real estate is also part of Pilar's personal foundation. As a third generation Realtor with over 20 years of firsthand experience buying and selling homes, she understands this process not only professionally, but personally: and the emotion, complexity, and importance of making the right move.
Today, Pilar is building a nationwide referral network focused on connecting LGBTQIA individuals, couples, and families with trusted real estate professionals across major cities in the United States. This network is designed to ensure clients are matched with agents who have deep, on the ground knowledge of local communities, including neighborhood safety, school systems, and family focused resources. Her goal is to ensure that wherever life leads, clients feel supported, welcomed, and confidently represented by professionals who truly understand their needs.
